(a) Before beginning operation, a tire collection center shall submit a general permit application to the Division of Environmental Quality using Form TAP-6 (General Permit Notification Application) requesting coverage under the general permit prior to operating.
(b)
(1) General permits are valid for a period of five (5) years.
(2) A new general permit application must be submitted using Form TAP-6 within forty-five (45) days of the initial general permit’s expiration date.
