(a) Owners and operators of waste tire disposal facilities shall submit to the Division of Environmental Quality an annual report by June 30 that summarizes the information collected regarding their activities.
(b) In addition, tire disposal facilities shall meet annual reporting requirements under Solid Waste Management Rules, 8 CAR pt. 60.
