8 CAR § 64-101 – Title, implementation, and administration

(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Tire Accountability Program”.
(b) On the effective date of this part, the Division of Environmental Quality shall implement the Tire Accountability Program.
(c) On or before January 1, 2018, and thereafter, the division shall administer the Tire Accountability Program in accordance with this part.
