- (a) Design standards. Class 3 monofills shall be designed and constructed to the standards for Class 3 noncommercial landfills set forth in this subpart.
- (b) Compliance with Rule Number 14. Waste tire handling, processing, recycling, and disposal facilities shall additionally meet the requirements of Rule Number 14, Waste Tire Program [repealed] of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
