Applicability. In addition to the requirements of 8 CAR §§ 60-517 and 60-518, each landfill shall design and implement a system to control surface water at the facility in accordance with the minimum standards set forth in 8 CAR §§ 60-517 and 60-518, except that existing facilities must not comply with 8 CAR § 60-427(b) and (c) unless the current design includes a sedimentation pond.
