- (a) Authorization to enter property. Any duly authorized officer, employee, or representative of the Division of Environmental Quality may enter and inspect any property, premise, or place at any reasonable time for the purpose of determining compliance with this part.
- (b) Interference with director or his or her agents. Interference with the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality or any authorized employees or agents of the division in the performance of duties under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, Arkansas Code § 8-6-201 et seq., as amended, constitutes a misdemeanor and may, upon conviction, be punished by a criminal penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), by imprisonment of not more than one (1) year, or by both.
