The following rules of the State of Arkansas, Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission, adopted pursuant to the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, (Acts 1971, No. 237, as amended, Arkansas Code § 8-6-201 et seq.), shall be known as "Solid Waste Management Rules", and referred to herein as 8 CAR pt. 60.
