- (a) Any operating scenario allowed for in a permit may be implemented by the facility without the need for any permit revision or any notification to the Division of Environmental Quality.
(b)
- (1) It is incumbent upon the permit applicant to apply for any reasonably anticipated alternative facility operating scenarios at the time of permit application.
- (2) The division shall include approved alternative operating scenarios in the permit.
