The following rules of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission, adopted in accordance with the provisions of Part 2 of the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act, Arkansas Code § 8-4-101 et seq., shall be known as the “Rules of the Arkansas Operating Air Permit Program”, hereinafter referred to as the “program”, the “rules”, and “8 CAR pt. 42”.
