Any stationary source subject to this part shall, upon request of the Division of Environmental Quality:

1. (1)

   1. (A) Maintain records on the nature and amounts of contaminants emitted to the air by the equipment in question.

   2. (B) All records, including compliance status records and excess emissions measurements, shall be:

      1. (i) Retained for at least five (5) years; and
      2. (ii) Made available to any agent of the division or the United States Environmental Protection Agency during regular business hours.
   3. (C) Reporting periods shall be a twelve-month period; and

2. (2)

   1. (A) Supply the following information, correlated in units of the applicable emissions limitations, to the division:

      1. (i) General process information related to the emissions of contaminants into the air; and
      2. (ii) Emissions data obtained through sampling or continuous emissions monitoring.
   2. (B) Information and data shall be submitted to the division by a responsible official on such forms and at such time intervals as prescribed by applicable federal regulations or the division.
