Trust fund permitting requirements
Arkansas Code § 8-1-203; Arkansas Code § 8-4-202
The Division of Environmental Quality shall not issue, modify, renew, or transfer an NPDES permit for a nonmunicipal domestic sewage treatment works without the permit applicant first complying with Arkansas Code § 8-4-203(b).
