(a)

1. (1) The Division of Environmental Quality will assess reasonable fees for the cost of all expenses incurred during the evaluation of certified laboratories.
2. (2) This includes without limitation the reasonable cost of travel and travel-related expenses related to the evaluation.

(b)

1. (1) The division will submit an itemized invoice for the incurred expenses.
2. (2) Payment of the expenses is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice for the expenses.
