1. (1) Non-Part 70 permits: Annual fee = $/ton factor x tons/year predominant air contaminant
2. (2) Provided, however, that no annual fee shall be charged for a permit in which the tons/year predominant air contaminant is less than ten (10) tons/year.

1. (1) Part 70 permits: Annual fee = $/ton factor x tons/year chargeable emissions
2. (2) Provided, however, that no annual fee shall be less than the $/ton factor x 100.
