(1) Special Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission meetings may be called at the discretion of the Chair of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
(2) Alternatively, if two (2) or more commissioners submit written requests for a special meeting to the chair, the chair shall call a special commission meeting.
(b) The chair shall call a special commission meeting by delivering written notice to each commissioner.
