8 CAR § 11-407 – Effective date of consent administrative orders

(a)
1. (1) No consent administrative order assessing an administrative civil penalty shall be effective until thirty (30) calendar days after publication of notice of the order.
2. (2) However, corrective action may be required to be taken immediately upon execution of the order if the order so states.
(b) Any consent administrative order that does not assess administrative civil penalties shall be effective upon its execution.
