Scope
Arkansas Code § 7-4-101
(a) This part sets forth the procedures for:
(1) Poll watchers;
(2) Challenging votes; and
(3) Issuing, processing, and counting provisional ballots.
(b) This part is in addition to, and not a substitute for, the laws of the State of Arkansas.
