- (a) This part will set forth the procedures for processing and administering the requirement that voters verify their voter registration before they are permitted to vote.
(b) This part is in addition to, and not a substitute for, the:
- (1) Laws of the State of Arkansas; and
- (2) Rules promulgated by the Secretary of State.
