Facility fees are reimbursed pursuant to the following provisions:

1. (1)

   1. (A) Eligible facility fees include fees charged to a county by a facility to offset the cost of using the facility as an election day or offsite early voting polling site for a state-funded election.
   2. (B) A county is eligible to receive a maximum of forty dollars ($40.00) per each facility that requests payment from the county for its use as an election day polling site;
2. (2) A county is eligible to receive forty dollars ($40.00) per day per each facility that requests payment from the county for its use as an offsite early voting polling site, up to a maximum of four thousand dollars ($4,000) per county per state-funded election; and
3. (3) A county must provide the State Board of Election Commissioners with a copy of an invoice from each facility to be eligible to receive funding from the board.
