Extra help pay is reimbursed pursuant to the following provisions.

1. (1) Eligible extra help pay includes funding for:

   1. (A) Workers designated by the county board of election commissioners to prepare, package, and deliver election materials to poll workers for each polling site;
   2. (B) Poll workers designated to return election materials to the county board of election commissioners after the closing of the poll;
   3. (C) Workers to unpack and store election materials after the election;
   4. (D) Election clerks processing absentee ballots; and
   5. (E) Election officials designated to tabulate the vote; and
2. (2) A county is eligible to receive funding for eligible extra help at the current federal or state minimum wage, whichever is greater at the time of the state-funded election, for the actual number of hours worked.
