This part sets forth the procedures for providing uniform and nondiscriminatory resolution of any complaint alleging a violation of any provision of Title III of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, 52 U.S.C. §§ 21081-21102, Pub. L. No. 107-252, 116 Stat. 1666 (2002), including a violation that has occurred, is occurring, or is about to occur.
