7 CAR § 60-112 – Records

(a) The State Board of Election Commissioners shall keep a record of all:
1. (1) Inquiries;
2. (2) Investigations; and
3. (3) Proceedings.
(b) Records relating to investigations by the board are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, Arkansas Code § 25-19-101 et seq., until:
1. (1) A hearing is set in the case; or
2. (2) After the expiration of thirty (30) days following the final adjudication of the case.
(c) Reports prepared and summaries of reports prepared by board-appointed monitors are subject to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967 and releasable to requestors.
(d) The board may disclose, through its members or staff, otherwise confidential information to proper law enforcement officials, agencies, and bodies as may be required to conduct its investigation.
