(a)

1. (1) Vote center plans shall include the county’s plan for educating voters on the availability of vote center or centers.
2. (2) If, as part of its plan, the county eliminates certain polling locations, the plan shall include information on how voters will be notified of the polling locations that are closed.

3. (3) The plan shall include, but not be limited to:

   1. (A) Direct mailings to voters;
   2. (B) Media; and
   3. (C) Signage at current and former polling locations.
