(a) The purpose of this part is to designate equipment and establish standards and procedures for Arkansas counties choosing to implement the optional vote centers.
(b)
(1) Nothing in this part shall be interpreted to require counties to use vote centers.
(2) This part shall only be applicable to Arkansas counties that use vote centers on election day.
