1. (a) All financial reports filed by committees, individuals, public servants, or governmental bodies shall be verified by affidavit.
2. (b) This affidavit shall state that, to the best of the filer’s knowledge and belief, the information so disclosed is a complete, true, and accurate financial statement of contributions and expenditures.
