A legislative caucus committee is required to comply with the registration and reporting provisions of 7 CAR §§ 5-102 and 103 of this part, including the designation of a resident agent who is an individual who resides in the State of Arkansas and the establishment of an account in a financial institution, if the committee contributes more than five hundred dollars ($500) in a calendar year to:

1. (1) Candidates;
2. (2) Campaign committees;
3. (3) Ballot question committees;
4. (4) Legislative question committees;
5. (5) Political parties;
6. (6) County political party committees; or
7. (7) Political action committees.
