- (a) For purposes of filing a citizen complaint, the commission shall be considered a citizen.
(b) The director, a staff attorney, or a director of compliance may, in his or her official capacity, sign a citizen complaint on behalf of the commission after:
- (1) Notifying the chair of the name of the individual alleged to have committed a violation and the nature of the alleged violation; and
- (2) Receiving the consent of the chair to proceed with an investigation.
- (c) Once filed, a complaint will be handled in the same manner as any other complaint received from a citizen.
