7 CAR § 1-502 – Complaints against staff or commissioners

(a) Complaints against the director or any staff member of the Arkansas Ethics Commission shall be filed with the chair of the commission.
(b) Complaints against any commissioner shall be filed with the director of the commission or with any of the remaining commissioners.
