- (a) Any person who has been sanctioned, fined, and/or found to have violated a law under the commission’s jurisdiction shall have the right to file a petition for review, within thirty (30) days of service of the Arkansas Ethics Commission's final order, with an appropriate circuit court pursuant to Arkansas Code § 25-15-212.
- (b) A person filing a petition for review must serve the commission with a copy of the same in accordance with the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure.
(c)
- (1) Upon receipt of a petition for review, the commission staff shall prepare and transmit the entire record of the proceeding to the reviewing court within thirty (30) days, or within such further time as the court may allow, but not exceeding an aggregate of ninety (90) days.
- (2) By stipulation of the parties, the record may be shortened.
- (3) Once prepared, the record shall be subject to public disclosure.
