6 CAR § 570-101 – Purpose

(a) This part is prepared for the purpose of establishing the Arkansas Financial Education Commission as a whole and for maintaining the commission.
(b) The commission’s purpose is to:
1. (1) Provide financial education programs to Arkansans in all geographic areas and socioeconomic backgrounds of the state; and
2. (2) Promote the importance of achieving financial well-being.
