- (a) Any application received by the Secretary of State which is not on the prescribed form is incomplete, unsigned, illegible, or does not include all required fees, information, and documents, as required by the Arkansas International Student Exchange Visitor Placement Organization Registration Act of 2009, Arkansas Code § 6-18-1701 et seq., shall not be accepted for filing.
- (b) Upon successful filing, the Secretary of State shall send a copy of the filed certificate of registration with a receipt for the fees to the organization.
