(a)
- (1) Soldiers and airmen requesting the National Guard Tuition Waiver will obtain the application and statement of understanding through the Arkansas Army National Guard Education and Incentives Branch website.

- (A) All applications and statements of understanding must include the soldier’s or airman’s signature (digital or manual).
- (B) Script fonts or other typed signatures are not authorized.
- (b) Applications for Army soldiers will be routed to the Education and Incentives Branch for verification of eligibility as listed in 6 CAR §§ 530-202 and 530-204.
- (c) Applications for airmen will be routed to the Air National Guard representative for verification of eligibility as listed in 6 CAR §§ 530-203 and 530-204 before processing at the Education and Incentives Branch.
- (d) Once verified and approved, applications are submitted to the Division of Higher Education for disbursement of funds to the institutions of higher learning or an institution offering a postsecondary credential or certification program.
