- (a) Soldiers must be considered to be in "good standing" at the time of application.
- (b) The Arkansas National Guard Education and Incentives Branch will verify eligibility criteria for all Army soldiers.
- (c) Soldiers currently under suspension of favorable actions for, but not limited to, absent without leave infractions, substance abuse violations, or any other serious misconduct at the time of application are not eligible for the National Guard Tuition Waiver.
