1. (a) The Adult Education Section of the Division of Workforce Services with the approval of the Career Education and Workforce Development Board will determine the high school equivalency test and scores to be utilized in approved adult education programs.
2. (b) Passing the approved high school equivalency test will result in earning the Arkansas High School Diploma.

3. (c) In addition, all applicants intending to take the approved high school equivalency test are required to take and pass the official high school equivalency practice test with minimum scores:

   1. (1) Established by the Adult Education Section; and
   2. (2) Based on the recommendation of the test publisher’s guidelines.
4. (d) This test must be administered through an approved adult education program or testing center.
