The Adult Education Section of the Division of Workforce Services:

1. (1) Will set retest requirements for GED® testing based on GED®:

   1. (A) Data;
   2. (B) Policy; and
   3. (C) Research analysis; and
2. (2) Shall report any changes to the Division of Workforce Services at the next scheduled board meeting.
