- (a) To become a community based education center, secondary vocational centers must submit their plan to the Division of Career and Technical Education and to the Career Education and Workforce Development Board outlining how they will serve the training needs of their community.
- (b) The plan should outline how the center will address the various types of training listed in the definition and a list of the advisory council for the community based education center.
