(a)

1. (1) The community based education center shall submit an annual report to the Career Education and Workforce Development Board on its activities and accomplishments at the end of each school year.
2. (2) This report should include such statistical data as the number of secondary and adult students served, the number of industry classes and enrollment, etc.

(b)

1. (1) This annual report shall also include the community based education center's plans for serving its community needs in the next year.
2. (2) Plans should be based on surveys of the needs of business and industry and the community.
