(a) The advisory council of the community based education center shall meet a minimum of quarterly and shall be composed of:
- (1) Superintendents;
- (2) Business and industry representatives;
- (3) Local community leaders; and
- (4) Adult education/literacy training representatives.
- (b) The advisory council shall review the programs offered at the center and consider/approve new programs.
- (c) The minutes of the advisory council meetings shall be kept on file by the center.
