(a) Projects not eligible for funding consideration under the Game and Fish Wildlife Conservation Education Grant Program include, but are not limited to:

1. (1) Any competitive shooting or archery teams not associated with the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission;
2. (2) Costs associated with hunters/boaters education courses;
3. (3) No food purchases, such as meals, other than bottled water or light snacks;
4. (4) No T-shirts, caps, or other clothing purchases allowed with the exception of uniforms for Arkansas National Archery in the Schools Program or Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports Program as listed above;
5. (5) Salaries or any other compensation, including bus drivers or substitute teachers;
6. (6) Day-to-day maintenance; and
7. (7) Building of permanent structures.
