(a)

1. (1) Through the Game and Fish Wildlife Conservation Education Grant Program, the Arkansas Rural Development Commission and the Rural Services Division of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, and in consultation with the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, strive to enhance the level of conservation education in the state by providing incentive grants.
2. (2) The Game and Fish Conservation Education Grant will assist school and conservation districts in the creation and maintenance of conservation education programs.

(b)

1. (1) With this grant program, all school district and conservation districts are eligible to apply for assistance regardless of district size or population.

2. (2)

   1. (A) The funding availability will vary by district as the funds collected are county specific.
   2. (B) This means that only fine money collected in a certain county can be used as grant funds for that county.
