As used in this part:

1. (1) “Academy attendee” means an individual who is enrolled in an Arkansas Teacher Academy at an eligible postsecondary institution who is a:

   1. (A) Current teacher;
   2. (B) Teacher who has graduated from an Arkansas Teacher Academy at an eligible postsecondary institution; or
   3. (C) Current student;

2. (2) “Eligible postsecondary institution” means a public or private two-year or four-year institution of higher education that:

   1. (A) Offers a postbaccalaureate program that leads to teacher certification; and
   2. (B) Has entered into an agreement with the Division of Higher Education for purposes of the Arkansas Teacher Academy Scholarship Program; and

3. (3) “Tuition and fees” means any one (1) of the following that is charged by an eligible postsecondary institution, associated with a program of study as part of the Arkansas Teacher Academy Scholarship Program, that leads to teacher certification:

   1. (A) Tuition;
   2. (B) Mandatory fees; and
   3. (C) Program fees.
