(b)

1. (1) Awards may not exceed the institutional cost of attendance.
2. (2) The maximum award amount is two thousand five hundred ($2,500) per semester that the student qualifies for the scholarship.

(c) Awards may be applied to:

1. (1) Tuition;
2. (2) Mandatory fees;
3. (3) Programmatic fees;
4. (4) Room and board;
5. (5) Supplies; or
6. (6) Extended support services.
