6 CAR § 399-106 – Recipient’s responsibility

(a) It is the recipient's responsibility to notify the Division of Higher Education of any change in status within twenty-one (21) days.
(b) This will include:
1. (1) Change in name; or
2. (2) Change in residence.
(c) Failure to notify the division of a change in status will affect future eligibility or collection status.
