- (a) It is the recipient's responsibility to notify the Division of Higher Education, in writing, of any change in status within twenty-one (21) days.
(b) This includes:
- (1) Changes in name;
- (2) Change in address;
- (3) Change in institution;
- (4) Change in full-time status; or
- (5) Withdrawal from an institution.
- (c) Failure to notify the division of any change in status may affect future eligibility.
