6 CAR § 393-108 – Recipient responsibilities

(a) It is the recipient's responsibility to notify the Division of Higher Education, in writing, of any change in status within twenty-one (21) days.
(b) This includes:
1. (1) Changes in name;
2. (2) Change in address;
3. (3) Change in institution;
4. (4) Change in full-time status; or
5. (5) Withdrawal from an institution.
(c) Failure to notify the division of any change in status may affect future eligibility.
