(a)

1. (1) Applications and supporting documentation will be reviewed for completeness and to determine whether the applicant meets all the eligibility requirements.
2. (2) Applicants will be notified within thirty (30) days of the status of their application.

(b) Eligible students will receive an award notice, which contains:

1. (1) The conditions of the award;
2. (2) The requirements for continued eligibility;
3. (3) An explanation of the benefits; and
4. (4) The student's responsibilities.

(c)

1. (1) The institution will also receive an award notice, which contains the:

   1. (A) Student’s name and social security number;
   2. (B) Award limits;
   3. (C) Conditions of the award;
   4. (D) Verification process; and
   5. (E) Payment process.
2. (2) The institution will be required to complete a reimbursement form listing all charges covered by this program.
