(a) Schools shall report all legal action filed against them or initiated by them, to the State Board of Private Career Education staff within twenty-four (24) hours of notification of the filing, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
(b) Updated information may be required to be submitted.
(c) The information shall be submitted on the forms and manner prescribed by the board.
