Schools that file for bankruptcy shall provide not less than the following:
(1)
- (A) Notify the State Board of Private Career Education staff within twenty-four (24) hours of the filing, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
- (B) The information should be provided by completing and submitting the bankruptcy notification form as found on the board website;
- (2) Provide monthly bankruptcy updates to the board staff;
(3) Submit the:
- (A) Name, address, and phone number of the bankruptcy lawyer; and
- (B) Case number;
(4) Submit information on where the action was filed such as the:
- (A) State;
- (B) County; and
- (C) Court; and
- (5) One (1) copy of all information filed with the bankruptcy court shall be submitted to the board staff.
