Arkansas Code § 6-19-101; Arkansas Code § 6-21-304
(a) Type A, Type B, and Type C units shall be furnished with an operator's manual and a body parts manual.
(b) Each order of Type D units shall be supplied with:
(1) An owner’s manual;
(2) A body parts manual; and
(3) A chassis parts book.
