1. (1) Windshield washers shall be electrically operated.

2. (2) The washer reservoir shall:

   1. (A) Be made of hard plastic or other approved material; and
   2. (B) Have a capacity of at least one-half gallon (1/2 gal.).
3. (3) Flexible plastic bags are not acceptable.
