(a) Tow eyes or hooks shall be:
- (1) Furnished at the front and rear; and
- (2) Attached so as not to project beyond the front or rear bumpers.
- (b) Tow eyes or hooks attached to the frame (chassis) shall be furnished by the chassis manufacturer.
- (c) Type A shall be exempt.
