Any entity administrator or certified employee that knowingly submits to the Commission for Arkansas Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation or the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation a false report or false information required by Arkansas law or this part shall be subject to having his or her license revoked, suspended, or placed on probation pursuant to Arkansas Code § 6-17-410.
